I know the Chikage Bloodtinge build is a bit of a late bloomer, but damn I don't know how you guys manage to work your way to the point when you can actually get the Chikage. Right now I have 22ish Vit, 25 Skill, and 28 Bloodtinge, and my damage is absolutely horrible (using the saw spear until I finally get to Cainhurst).Chikage scales purely off BLT when transformed, which is also when it hits like a train. Aim for 50 BLT unless you are twinking at 43. 25 SKL is for when it's not transformed and is useful for clearing weak mobs and getting to the point where you can get the Chikage but not strictly necessary.
